Semiconductor Technology Package Consulting (STPKC) is a fabless design centre for packages and modules. Due to increased challenges in packaging, STPKC helps customers to co-design packages for MEMS and IC applications. We work hand in hand with our customers from concept to Design for Manufacturing (DFM). That includes package (pkg) and module layout, Electrical and Reliability 3D modeling. We work with different packaging suppliers in order to meet customer requirements.
